MF Mart is committed to delivering fresh, premium-quality nuts, dates, and dry fruits to your doorstep quickly and safely. Please read our shipping guidelines to understand how your orders are handled.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed before 2 PM are processed same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next working day.
  • We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Freshness is our priority — products are packed only after your order is confirmed.


2. Delivery Time

For Tamil Nadu:

2–3 working days

For South India (TN, KL, KA, AP, TS):

3–5 working days

For Rest of India:

4–7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and your location.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions, bulk orders, or coupon-based offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link
  • Courier partner details
  • Estimated delivery time

You can track your order anytime through our website or the courier’s portal.


5. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver:

  • They will make two attempts
  • If undelivered after attempts, the order will be returned to us

Re-delivery will require additional shipping charges.


6. Incorrect Address / Recipient Unavailable

MF Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Wrong address entered by the customer
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailability at delivery time

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct before checkout.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the package and products

We will resolve the issue based on our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Temperature & Weather Conditions

Dry fruits and nuts are sensitive to:

  • Heat
  • Humidity
  • Rough handling

We pack them securely, but MF Mart is not liable for:

  • Melted, softened, or heat-affected items during transit
  • Delays caused by extreme weather

9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within India only.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
