At MF Mart, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for all nuts, dates, and dry fruits. Since these are consumable and perishable food items, returns are handled carefully to ensure safety for all customers.


1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened packs
  • Partially consumed products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products with tampered packaging

Food safety regulations do not allow us to take back edible items once opened.


2. Eligible for Replacement or Refund

You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged during transit
  • The item is expired at the time of delivery
  • The product is spoiled upon arrival (with proof)

Any complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.


3. Proof Required

To process your request, we require:

  • Order number
  • Clear images/video of the product
  • Unboxing video (recommended but not mandatory)
  • Packaging images (outer & inner)

Requests without proof may be rejected.


4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The customer entered an incorrect address
  • The courier could not deliver due to customer unavailability
  • The shipment was refused by the customer

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued through:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer (if applicable)
  • Store credit (optional)

Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider and may take 3–7 working days.


7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only for:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective products
    Exchanges are subject to availability.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Nuts, dates, dry fruits, spices, seeds
  • Clearance sale items
  • Products bought under heavy discounts
  • Gift packs or combo offers
